And we're off. We just survived our first league game and won 8-0. Whew. I say we because I feel like I am out there with my daughter. The stakes are so high right I could just puke. For one we have a cross town rivalry right now with Kaiser High School. That could be really distracting because the team we have to worry about is Ramona. They are the ones that are flying under the radar right now. There is so much pressure on Anissa to do good too. She is trying to get a scholarship to college. So of course she wants her numbers (stats) to reflect her ability but that doesn't always work out. Example; her batting average is low right now but she is leading in RBIs. So hopefully any coaches out there looking at MAXPREPS will know what to look for besides other teams inflating their numbers.
